Gemy Maalouf opened her first atelier in Beirut in 1996, being the first to launch the “Couture a Porter” concept in Lebanon. Her desire to present haute couture in an unprecedented way, with innate artistic talent that she nurtured with relentless passion, hard work and determination. Her unique approach was creating intricate high-end formal wear and bridal wear for the young, sexy and modern woman.
